General terms and conditions\u00a0<\/strong>(accommodation agreement)
(hereinafter \u201cthe T&Cs\u201d)<\/p>

  1. Scope<\/strong>
    1. These terms and conditions apply to the temporary and remunerated provision of hotel rooms for accommodation, as well as to all services and deliveries provided in connection with this, including any advance services provided to the accommodation Guest.<\/li>
    2. Any terms and conditions supplied by the Guest shall not apply unless otherwise agreed previously in writing. This also applies to the reversal of the requirement for the written form. In these terms and conditions, \u2018guest\u2019 shall cover both the end customer and the commercially active contractor.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    3. Contractual partners<\/strong>
      1. The contractual partners are Riad Luciano Hotel **** and Spa, legally represented by Laila Travel Sarl (hereinafter \u201cHotel\u201d), and the purchaser\/customer (hereinafter \u201cGuest\u201d).<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      2. Formation of the contractual relationship<\/strong>
        1. The contractual relationship is formed when the electronic confirmation is sent to the Guest. Changes or cancellations may only be made within the scope of these T&Cs.<\/li>
        2. If a third party has acted on the Guest\u2019s behalf, the Guest shall be jointly and severally liable to the Hotel together with the third party for all obligations that arise from or in connection with their stay at the Hotel.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        3. Prices<\/strong>
          1. The riad’s room rates are indicated in Euros (EUR), and include value added tax (VAT).<\/li>
          2. Moroccan tourist tax is not included and is payable locally at the Riad on the final invoice and amounts to EUR 2.50 per day and per person.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          3. Guarantee, billing, advance payment<\/strong>
            1. Each booking must be guaranteed by means of a valid credit card.<\/li>
            2. In the event of advance payment, 100% of the total amount is to be paid within the period stated in the confirmation (generally three days prior to arrival).<\/li>
            3. Any agreed advance payment must be received before the Guest\u2019s departure. Failing this, the Guest shall pay the remaining balance upon departure. Advance payments are subject to value-added tax.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
            4. Arrival and departure<\/strong>
              1. The hotel rooms are available for check-in from 3.00 pm and must be vacated by 11.00 pm on the day of departure.<\/li>
              2. Arrivals and departures outside of the times stated above are only possible subject to availability and with prior contact with our reservation or reception teams. Such arrivals and departures will be charged accordingly.<\/li>
              3. Depending on the booking situation, a late departure can be granted free of charge until 2.00 pm, at half the room price until 6.00 pm, and then at the full room price thereafter.<\/li>
              4. If a Guest wishes to have guaranteed access to their room before 3.00 pm, the Guest shall also book the preceding night at full price.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              5. Use and return of Hotel rooms<\/strong>
                1. The hotel room and the items, appliances and facilities provided may be used exclusively for their intended purpose. The Hotel refuses liability for damage and bodily injury caused by the misuse of the items, appliances and facilities. It will also be deemed misuse if more people than anticipated or registered use the rented Hotel room(s).<\/li>
                2. Loss or damage arising as a result of the Guest\u2019s negligence or intent may be charged by the Hotel.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                3. Breakfast<\/strong>
                  1. Breakfast is included in our room prices.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                  2. Interim and final bill<\/strong>
                    1. During their stay, the customer will receive a weekly interim bill for the services provided thus far.<\/li>
                    2. The final bill will be payable upon departure at the latest.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                    3. Cancellation policy<\/strong>
                      1. A cancellation must be arranged by 12.00 noon, at least 14 days before the arrival date.<\/li>
                      2. In the event of cancellation after the aforementioned period has lapsed, or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply.<\/li>
                      3. During certain periods, it may be possible to agree a longer cancellation period, which will be noted in the reservation.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                      4. Withdrawal of the Hotel<\/strong>
                        1. If an advance payment or other payment guarantee agreed or requested in accordance with point 5 is not paid, even after the lapsing of an appropriate short grace period granted by the Hotel, the Hotel will be entitled to immediately withdraw from the contract.<\/li>
                        2. Furthermore, the Hotel will be entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect if it is not or no longer reasonable for the Hotel to start, continue or fully execute the contractual relationship, including but not limited to:
